BE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

 

FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS: (students that have attended or are currently attending)

• Go to www.flippinouttumbling.com.

• Click on the location you wish to enroll your child (Nutley or Pompton Plains)

• Click on “Register” towards the top right of the webpage.

• On the start page, click the "Click to Begin" button.

• Find and click the "Log-in" button.

• Log-in to the Parent Portal using the e-mail address you have on file with us. (please DO NOT attempt to create a new account)

  • If it is your first time using the Parent Portal and your child has been registered previously with us, you will need to Verify your email address and Agree to our Policies in order to log in for the first time.

 

FOR NEW CUSTOMERS: (students have NOT attended classes or camps previously)

• Go to www.flippinouttumbling.com.

• Click on the location you wish to enroll your child (Nutley or Pompton Plains)

• Click on “Register” towards the top right of the webpage.

• On the start page, click the “Create and Account” button (NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY)

• Enter your email address and click “Submit”.

• An email with a Verification Code will be sent to the email you entered.

• Enter this Verification Code and follow the prompts to create your Account with us.

 

ONCE LOGGED IN TO THE PARENT PORTAL

• Click on the “Booking” tab.

• Click on “Find a Class”.

• Choose which child you wish to enroll.

• Click “See Classes”

• Filter at the top of the page by “Session” . (Choose the current session or summer if applicable.) 

• Click “Apply”

• From here you will view all classes we offer. You can also filter classes specifically for your child by program, age, gender, session or type of class. 

• Skill level evaluations are entered annually each spring for all current students. 

  • If your child is eligible for a class based on their skill level, the button will say “Enroll Now!”

  • If the button says “Submit Request” your child is not eligible for this class at this time, and you will register them for a different level class. (If you wish your child be evaluated for a higher level, please contact the office)

       1. Mom & Me (18m - 3 yrs)

       2. PreSchool (3 yrs - 4 1/2 yrs)

       3. Kinder (4 1/2 yrs - 6 yrs)

       4. Advanced Kinder (Recommendation Only)

    2. Recreational Gymnastics Class Levels

       1. Novice

       2. Intermediate

       3. Advanced

       4. TOPS (Recommendation Only)

    3. Tumbling Class Levels

       1. Novice

       2. Intermediate

       3. Advanced

       4. Elite

• Choose the class day and time you would like to register your child(ren).

• Add your choices to your cart.

• Check out.

HELPFUL SPECIAL NOTES: 

• Be sure to know which level class your child is currently registered for.

• Your child can only be registered for classes that match their age, gender and ability.

• Students have been evaluated by their instructors and those recommendations have been entered into our system. All level advancements in gymnastics and tumbling classes will begin for the Fall Session each year.

• If you child is eligible for a particular level, when you click on the class, the button will say, “Enroll Now!”. If your child is not eligible for this class due to age or ability the button will say “Submit Request” and you will not be able to register your child for that class.
